Improving collections is the heart of Digitech’s service.

Dallas, TX

At Dallas, Digitech increased collections per transport from $206 to $294 and aggregate collections from $13.8MM to $20.5MM in the first year of collections.

The implementation project saw two unique problems: There was substantial A/R that needed to be worked in order to recover uncollected funds. There were also a large number of patient inquiries the City was receiving each day from former patients and law firms that needed to be addressed. Digitech’s time-tested implementation process solved both problems. See White Paper
