Sherlyn assists new and existing clients by providing comprehensive account management and support. She coordinates and tests system implementation for new clients, and onboards, trains, and coaches end-users in system functionality. She assists clients with creating and customizing reports, graphs, and charts for reporting purposes. Sherlyn also provides ongoing technical support as part of Digitech’s 24/7 on-call rotation.
Sherlyn holds a BA in Communication and Media Studies. She enjoys gardening and event planning, and on the weekends she might be found at a nearby museum or art gallery gathering inspiration for her interest in interior decorating.
