Matt Rusch

As Chief Operating Officer, Matt oversees operations across Digitech, ensuring seamless integration of client onboarding, billing, and coordination among operational teams. He leads corporate initiatives, manages recruitment and hiring, oversees budgeting and planning, and monitors key performance indicators to achieve company goals efficiently.

Matt brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience with a focus on revenue cycle management and technology. Prior to joining Digitech, he served as Vice President of Finance & Revenue Cycle at Akron Children’s Hospital and held leadership roles at Henry Ford Health System, Cleveland Clinic, MetroHealth System, and University Hospitals of Cleveland.

He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Baldwin Wallace University and is a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA) and an Executive of Healthcare Revenue Cycle (EHRC).
