Andy’s focus at Digitech involves leading client-focused strategies that support long-term growth and success. He brings a wealth of experience in municipal finance and operations from his previous position with the City of Chicago, where he served as First Deputy Comptroller for more than ten years. Andy earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Illinois – Chicago.
