Andy Sheils

Andy’s focus at Digitech involves leading the Client Relations team for EMS billing clients in the Eastern United States. He brings a wealth of experience in municipal finance and operations from his previous position with the City of Chicago, where he served as First Deputy Comptroller for more than ten years. Andy earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Illinois – Chicago.
