Jon Burkhart

As Executive Director of Software Engineering, Jon leads software development teams for multiple technical solutions at Digitech. His journey to Digitech began in 2000 at the startup Med-Media, which specialized in public safety software with a focus on ePCR and pre-hospital data collection. Jon’s career has taken him through four acquisitions and one divestiture since then, with positions at EMSystems, Intermedix, and R1. Along the way he has served as everything from a web engineer and desktop engineer to the leader of developers, testers, BA, and QA team members. Through each transition, he has focused on efficient migration of products and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Jon has a Bachelor’s of Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, and he has completed numerous Agile and Scaled Agile workshops. He enjoys spending his free time in the great outdoors and riding ATVs.
